I tasted a Remy XO most recently. It had a scent of figs, dried fruit, spices of nutmeg, cinnamon, and vanilla, and almost had a smell like a wine reminiscence. It was a pretty strong cognac, but it was pleasing to my appetite as a fine, after dinner beverage after some amounts of sniffing through the glass many times before sipping it.
