this was the all time best video mam.. everyone preparing for net must watch it... highly highly recommended... mam, please discuss genetics also in a similar way...It will be really helpful
Thanks ma'am .. now this topic is clear.. i like your teaching style.. and you always add some important uncommon points in notes which are not in some books also..
Maam in the last qstn as u said due to the injection of cyt c.apoptosis by injected cytc will takes place uniformly but as the bak and bax are mutated normal apoptosis of cell B will not takes but Cell A will perform normal apoptosis so how will both perform equal gragh?? That way options C would be right??
mam pls refer to the last question. if BAK AND BAX are inactivated in cell B the amount of cty c would be less as compared to cell A, even it is injected from outside. because cell a has cyt c injected from outside and released from mitochondria as well. then how the percentage of apoptosis be same in both cell? pls clear my doubt.
Mam I have a question..in the last question since bax and bak form channel through which cyt c will release..how will they release when bax and bak are inactive
please clear this.. its regarding last question . so if a cyt C is injected cell A Apoptosis occurs,, that part is clear.. But in cell B where Bax and Bak are absent... IAP's will be active and they inhibit caspase 9 and 3. which inhibits apoptosis. ?????? so it will not be same in both cells.. isnt it?
These questions are really helpful for understanding the topic more precisely 👍.
