Aisa din jab koi b gazetted holiday na ho..jaise 14th aug k baad 2nd working day kab hoga.. toh 15 ko independence day ki chutti hoti to woh working day ni hoga..and agar 16 ko Sunday ni h ya koi aur holiday ni h toh 14th s count karo 2nd working day toh.. first working day 16th aug and second working day 17th aug
