Dexter offers replacement master cylinders that are compatible. For drum brakes, use # T4395100 or # T4820000 for disc brakes. www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Dexter/T4395100.html www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Dexter/T4820000.html
How do you lockout the brakes from engaging (if you need to go in reverse and your wiring isn't working properly from your vehicle...or you have simple move and aren't able to hook up trailer wiring to your tractor or whatever vehicle)??? Doesn't this model have a bolt or "key" to stop the actuator from being engaged?
The install is pretty simple. One wire grounds to the trailer, the other attaches to the reverse lamp circuit (center pin) of the 7-way trailer connector. It doesn't matter which wire is grounded. www.etrailer.com/Accessories-and-Parts/Dexter/T4748800.html
Is this actuator for a specific trailer? Just wondering why there is a square type tube welded under the rectangular tube. What is the actuators towing capacity set up this way? Thanks
What model titan actuator? I'm looking for replacement master cylinder?
What model do you have? Is it for discs or drum brakes?

Did you find the answer? I would like to know too.
Zip tie a block of wood so the brakes don’t go on. Obviously remove when done backing up.
I added a manual valve for moving with a forklift (no 12 volt reverse signal). Close valve to backup.
So all you have to do is ground the valve? Seems like the positive needs to be connected to 12 volts?
