I personally think that the best strategy would be to have 2 extremely fast cars and two limos. They probably would have been banned if we still haven't seen one.
You're always gonna get diminishing returns when using the higher PI cars... Four equal PI would be the best strategy for most situations. Dropping one by 200 PI might lose you 20 seconds but adding that 200 to another car will likely only gain 10 seconds. The more PI you put in a car, the less time it spends on track, and the less that extra PI actually contributes to the overall race.
James Coyle i don't think 4 low A class cars would be a good strategy. You have to yet factor the cars that'll be used and some cars can be a lot faster than others in the same class and i'm not talking about leaderboard cars in general just that sometimes the pi system kinda breaks like how you can get to 200 in a C class car all be it with an old muscle car and stock tires and suspension and all that
James Coyle depends. We don't necessarily know what track we'll be doing so building our cars pre-emptively doesn't work. Sadly on Forza acceleration-biased cars tend to be faster than others (LS1 + centi S/C, or Turbo Rally), so just because we spread PI evenly wouldn't necessarily make it fairer. C-class '65 Mustang vs Alfa 155 is a perfect case in point, both at 500 PI but massively different in terms of pace. And that issue continues through out all the classes ^^

You should do more of this with more of the community, you know position 6 or more teams on the end of a main straight (usually a ton of space)

It was Watkins Full and Sebring Full. The only one that was shorter than max was the Yas Marina race.
