Mods and lots of them.. Can almost guarantee it's been a pain the backside to put it all together.
In my opinion though, the biggest problem with these super high def mods is that they rarely mod the entire game, not even all the characters. So you'll have your super high def characters walking around in a world populated by NPCs that look like they're coming straight out of a different video game altogether.
