A tremendous thank you to CBS News for making so much of this extended coverage available to us on this 50th anniversary. And thank you as well for keeping the full credit roll at the end of the splashdown coverage, paying tribute to all the people whose hard work made this coverage happen. This has been a wonderful visit to the past and I can't thank you enough.

I Remember All Of This!!! Non Existent SPACE BUGS & ALL!! It Was Truely An UNKNOWN, Though - They Were Dead- Seriously NOT Taking Any Chances! My Favorite Was Slashdowm, Those Enormous Candy-Striped Parachuttes - And FROGMEN!!! What A Crazy Time That Was - One Minute, There Are Riots In The Streets & Assassinations😟😞 - The Next Minute Your Watching Your Brother Fly Off To Vietnam & God Only Knows What...😬 The NEXT Minute Human Beings Are Walking On Another PLANET😲!! After Which Shooting Men Into Space Atop ICBM's Become About An Every Two Months "Regular" Occurrence...And Woodstock About A Month Later!...This Was Just Life In The 1960's.....

germs on the moon? without water and oxygen? well, I guess anything is possible. and furthermore, please bring us another Walter Cronkite. this morning I listened to a weather forecaster, female, pronounce Barnstable County [cape cod] as BARN STABLE. its Barn"stubble". if I can find her name I plan to send a strongly worded letter to the person who hires for First Look.

@@maureendrozda9033 I completely disagree with you Maureen. People who were born after the 60s have a much clearer perspective on what happened with the moon landings as they are not subject to increased biases though peer pressure, government influence, media influence and "science". It is the reason why both you and me, presumably not being born in the 16th Century, we both presumably know that it is not right as standard medical practice to drill a hole in your head to let the spirits out when we fall ill (treppaning) or that the people who believe that the earth is round are not the conspiracy theorists.....
