I think I've watched probably two or three of these videos and I think something has to be wrong with my radio. It looks like somebody else's paired on m2 So I try to pair on m1 I get to the new pairing but it will not let me select so I get the waiting text on the radio. It's confusing because that select button I know works for whenever I have to change the settings on the radio. Go figure
I was having that problem myself the other day. what I did was turned the main power for the whole truck. I let it sit for about five minutes and turned it back on. it seemed to work fine after that.
David Muggeridge ok I rebooted it and I now have it paired! Only problem now is that I have no sound coming out of the speakers. The volume on my phone is all the way up as well as the radio. I'm using an s5. Any suggestions?

Mine connected but no audio plays. Fm and am work though. Aux doesn't work too
tousen327 make sure your volume is up but if both of them aren't working, you may have a bad radio.

mine says pairing failed
try again, if it still doesn't work, try turning the truck's main power off for five minutes. then try again.
