I'm a person who is anxious a lot and floating is truly the best thing for me. For a couple of hours after I get out of that tank, I feel like life is so much easier. I let go of a lot of things in that tank every time I go. So great.
This podcast is AMAZING. So honest, real, funny and leaves me loving life. Thank you 3 for being such great humans and making this podcast!

I don’t like podcasts but this is the realest podcast and most relatable one that I’ve listened to. I’ve always been a juney and Meghan fan but to relate to the two of you so hard it comforting. Even people who youde think are unrelatable because there famous or something have normal problems and applaud you two for being the realest and not trying to fake it or fit into this famously perfect standard .
I use alcohol and weed for a vise. I REALLY needed this episode. I came to a lot of realizations. Thank you all for being so open. ❤️

So I will admit I don’t watch this podcast often, but for some reason this one called out to me and it was so so so crazy the topics discussed and how badly I needed to hear them in this moment.
I’ve experienced an extreme amount of childhood trauma from childhood cancer, separated parents, low income family, alcoholic parent, etc. etc. the list goes on. I just turned 24 and I finally came to the realization I need to honor my true self. It’s no surprise I struggle with addiction myself and I’m constantly telling myself “it’s just weed, it’s not bad.” Until recently doctors found a tumor in my spleen Sept of 2022 that I had to get removed. I’m finally 99.9% myself again and spent months being 100% sober (because I had no choice) but recently started smoking again telling myself it’s not a coping skill. I’ve been in therapy for two years and made a lot of progress but I really needed to hear this. Thank you guys for being so awesome open and honest. Much love from a fellow valley girl!! ❤

Omg Meghan! You need to do the float tank! I did one recently even though I was skeptical and it was amazing! It was uncomfortable at first to just be me in my own head but the 90 minutes flew by. It was a great experience!

so glad you guys enjoyed the float tank ~ my experience was horrible. 🤦🏽♀️ not the dark the lonely the water the experience ~ it was the lack of being able to explain to me the !sanitation! There’s an average of about 200 gallons of water and 800 lbs of epsom salt ~ in the pods ~ no way they drain it after every use ~ there were other ppls “HAIRS” floating in the tank and who knows what other “things” from peoples bodies floating around. I passed on the experience due to the lack of them being able to explain how this is sanitary?!? 😣🤷🏽♀️ anyways~ to mr its like sharing a public tub without changing the water 🤢🥴whooo can relax in that? Anyways LOVE the podcast and conversations ~ dont force Megan to sit in a pod☑️💯🥰

Meghan and even Daryl, How can you know that someone isn't dating your brothers just to get closer to you? I can imagine some Super Fans can be Super Crazy! Having a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology I can promise you, Some Super Crazy folks are Super Good about hiding it! Best thing the brothers can do is get to know the ladies really well before even attempting to introduce them to the rest of the family. If they seem obsessed with meeting the family too soon, chances are, she isn't there for you. Could give you some clinical examples but no need in all of us having nightmares. 🤣

Growing up I've had a physically & mentally abusive mother, my father had anger issues and two of my brothers have sexually harassed me. It's really nice and refreshing to see how y'all are together. It's kind of like going to therapy for me.🤍
