  • Hello everyone :-) Here is some nostalgic ambient melody recorded in Reason. Playing on volca this time i focused on bass mostly. Hope you like it.

    Beautiful. I was thinking David Gilmour could chime in any second now with some lovely guitar tones.

    Cool ambient!
    This VKeys (the first I got in the series) is still my favorite!
    Very inspiring, it allways follows me in band impros.

    so good....................I love love those soft inviting tones, bathed in verb, and with just the perfect amount of nuanced character, movement and activity to keep things evolving, while also creating a mood which allows the listener to fully let go and relax......................very nicely done.................instant sub

    Hi Thank you for this beautiful demo!🎉 Can you help me? Do i need mixer to use this with my daw? Or just audio interface?❤

    • @microacoustica
      @microacoustica  Рік тому

      Hey! I think an audio interface will be enough :). I use it myself the focusrite scarlett solo (3rd Gen) to connect the volca keys and i'm happy with that, so.., no problem :). Cheers!

    Sublime.
    Looking forward to more explorations involving the other volca synths/drums.

      Thank you. Well, i don't know if my budget will be enough to collect all the volcas :D but will see in the future :) Greetings!

    Hello Great tune here! IS all sounds coming from Volca only?

    • @microacoustica
      @microacoustica  Рік тому

      Hello there. Thank you! No, the background track is coming from a daw, only the bass plus some knobs tweaking are coming from the volca. Sorry that i didn't mention it earlier. Btw. bass might not be heard on laptop/phone speakers, sorry for that too. Cheers!

      Also there's some really lush reverb on there. And quite a bit of it. This will be quite obvious to quite a few people, but not to everybody... You're not going to get anything sounding like this straight out of the Volca Keys. You can still hear the character of the synth, it's a proper foundation, but if you want this lush kind of sound you'll want a good reverb. (NTS-1 would be the cheapest way to get something this big sounding.)

    • @microacoustica
      @microacoustica  Рік тому +4

      Hey! No :-), it is Ableton default reverb with only a lot of decay time :-)

      @@microacoustica I've got three Valhalla plugins and I still find myself using fl stock reverb most of the time. It just familiar

    Is this running through third party fx pedals? Or are the fx delivered just by the keys?

    • @microacoustica
      @microacoustica  Рік тому

      No, FX were added from a DAW(mostly reverb) and a bit from the volca(e.g. decay, delay - if my memory serves me right).

      @microacoustica  Рік тому +3

      Maybe someday i will make a volca video with no additional effects, just pure raw sound. Anyway, thanks for an idea :)

      i got volca keys and bass. the original sound is not that good so i sell it. Volcas need some effect on it.

      Yeah the raw tone is pretty basic, but with effects, you can do some cool things

    How many $300 pedals were used to make the volca sound good
