Plss I want to ask can I edit videos on PowerPoint? Like UA-cam videos

You can use UA-cam to edit video Ajy. But, there are inherent limitations to the program as it is not primarily meant for Video Editing. Camtasia would be a better option for that. You can find our Camtasia related videos on the channel

To change the photo: can't you just right-click the photo and select "Change Picture" -> From Clipboard? Seems simpler to me.

Change picture option usually removes any attached animations as well as resizes the picture. So we don't usually use it. It helps reuse our work and save time.
