Beyoncé's dad use to make her run miles in high heels while singing when she was a child in order to build up her stamina when performing! She also constantly works with vocal coaches and musical directors to keep her voice healthy and in shape. You'll notice that after having 3 kids Bey will lower the key in some songs in order to not strain her voice while on tour and to keep up with her now darker tone! Hope this helps to put into perspective on how insane Beyonce is when it comes to her production and voice
