I'm a cab driver and many times customers ask to drive fast because they are getting late for something. In such situations i often involve in arguments because i don't comply to such requests. Some people are really have no sense of traffic laws.

Yesterday I met with an accident with a cycle he was standing still and waiting to cross road as soon as i came close less then 50 meter he immediately jumped and tried to cross the 4 lane highway suddenly.. I braked and just before impact the bike didn't stop completely.. We did collide but nobody harmed.. He got stuck in his cycle and was carrying a bag on my motorcycle and bike fell right on the spot.. I shouted and helped him get up first.. Then i picked my bike.. The people was watching like an audience.. He was 45-50 year old.. I guess he misjudged and jumped on the highway suddenly

People blaming the skoda guy are part of the problem, a) you cant see properly due to the parked cars,.
B) the skoda guy definitely saw on his.left,

The person driving "Skoda kushaq" was at fault as there is a single continuous white line indicator on the road which means that it should be treated as a divider and should not be crossed unless directed by a traffic police officer.
The driver must be in a hurry but they were in the wrong. The person riding the two wheeler was also in the wrong as he was driving too fast on a city road.
But the car driver was in clear fault.

Sorry, but you cannot pin down blame for the last incident on the biker. He must have been riding faster than other approaching 2 wheelers but, Skoda driver took a uturn without even stopping. It would be hypocritical to say that. There were no major visible injuries to the bike rider agreed, but he would get body pain and swelling later.
Was the last bike rider within speed limit? If no then it is his fault also. By the look of his face seconds before impact, he was trying to cut his way out of this situation rather than braking and going further left.
@@desigamer_tv3959 Even if biker was fast he was maintaining speed, a car or any heavy vehicle should use indicators while u turn, plus a 4 to 10 wheel drivers should have good eye sight LMV license only meant for cars and suvs, skoda driver couldn't judge biker speed neither he saw biker, fact remains due to poor eye sight, he put risk biker's life.

@@desigamer_tv3959 there was no intersection which mandates anyone to slow down. Of course speed kills, but you know what kills more?? Crossing In front of oncoming vehicles. The right of way always goes to the vehicles moving on main road. If you ride at 70 kmph on a road where the speed limit is 50 you might juke or brake and prevent causing an accident. But try to cross a road w/o intersection Infront of oncoming traffic you will see what kills more.

as a car owner, within the city roads, i just consciously ensure I do not go beyond 40 and on highways between 75-80, not beyond that. And any break in the median, i ensure i honk recklessly even though i do not want to and slow down to 30 even though i do not have to and then move ahead, because most times its the traffic rules that makes you get into an accident with those who do not understand anything about the rules and the ones who break them, and you cant argue with them about right of way, straight of way or left of way blah blah

Auto rickshaw wale to 2 wheeler walon ke bhi baap hote hain. Baat to aisi karte hain ki bahut badhiya professional drivers hote hain par sabse adhik accidents rickshaw walon ke karan hote hain kyunki har kahin ghusne ki koshish karte hain, bina aage piche dekhe kahin bhi mod dete hain aur iska seedha karan yeh hai ki auto rickshaw chalane wale adikhtar seedhe cycle chala ke rickshaw chalane lagte hain.

When you see such vehicle on the side of the road which may or may not come on your way, its better to honk and alert them in advance. Some people might say that causes noise pollution but in a country like us where people literally have zero traffic sense it's better to stay alert in advance.

The car overtaking from left had multiple instances to get panic. Overtaking from left that too in high speed, then immediately there was a divider and after that suddenly a biker riders drops in from no where..

It's a total stress driving at home! And i really have no ideas on the criteria of issuance of drivers' licenses and penalties on offenders! Only strict and heavy penalties can get things under control! Impossible fines and penalties for breaking critical rules should be imposed so that this will deter inappropriate driving. Baap ka road samajhne walo ki hawa tight honi chahiye chahe kitna bhi bada 30 maar khan ho! The law is for everyone and no one is exempted from rules regardless of what section of society you come from! Go to foreign lands and do these offences and you will know what it is breaking the law!

Prateek stop justifying those who are at fault. In the previous video where the BMW was being driven at 160 kmph you blamed the tempo who didnt make a single mistake. in this video You blamed the biker who i agree was going faster than others but that was not an intersection because there was continuous white lines. The skoda didnt even look properly on his left or stopped to see before taking the U-turn. The skoda guy is more to be blamed here.
