- This is a how to video on how to assemble my new stubby bumper kit.
This bumper uses the harbor freight apex 5500lbs winch and also the zxr 5000 winch.

I do think if you leave the weld a clear coat it would look pretty cool.

How does the apex 5500 do on the samurai? Could it handle the weight on an incline or heavy mud?

I just ordered this diy. Only took a couple hours to weld and make perfect. The bumper is ridiculous strong with the 5500. U can’t go wrong. The 5000 pulls great.
