I watch all your videos. I love the longer videos to show the design layout and everything thats available. Also the short videos that go into details about specific plants and why u love them. Just keep doing them all please. Ur able to grow different things than i am cuz of the zones. I love cactus. They dont do well in zone 6 outdoors. Also can we get an update on ur nopalas?

I’ve been rewatching a few of your videos from your previous house and might I say your house and garden was absolutely gorgeous. I wonder if you miss your old place. I haven’t followed you for awhile and it is nice to see the hillside has blossomed somewhat since then. You really seem to have to your work cut out for you though. Young plants need protection from the wind and too much sun until they get to a noticeable size. You might do better with a smaller mulch with new sprouts otherwise they struggle to find a way out from underneath the the large chunks. You could save that mulch for your established plants, bushes and trees. Anyway I love your voice and your always happy which makes your videos more enjoyable.

Hi thank you so much for yiur support. I absolutely miss my old little garden it looked so beautiful. However I couldn't do everything I'm doing here. Chicken, maybe goats, and orchard 40 trees and a lot more to go. Your absolutely right about the mulch. I'm going to keep in mind more. I may be getting carry away lately 😅 lol. I plan on redoing a small little garden like I used to have by my Greenhouse. Stay tune for that. I kiss the beautiful site. I'm hoping to get that back.

Personally I enjoy longer videos. In fact, some of the things I search for is "full garden tour" or "summer garden tour" or "garden harvest". I've been watching your videos for quite some time now so I enjoy seeing the progress. For instance I first starting watching when you were in your home with the smaller yard. Then you shared your move to the homestead. And now you've really got the hillside and trees coming along so it's kind of like I got to experience all of that with you and your other viewers. I'm not sure if youtube pushes the shorter videos for creators because "shorts" or the quick tik tok style is so popular now but I think that's a shame. But for instance when you said you could just "keep talking" I was like yes awesome! I do the same thing in my garden. It's very natural to walk around and talk as you notice changes or think about new ideas for the upcoming season. Sorry for the long response but in short I enjoy longer videos. There's nothing like sitting down on my lunch break or the quiet time before bed and just watching an in depth video from a good channel. Keep up the great work, things are looking great 👍🏻

It's definitely has been a big change and slowly getting it where I want it to be. I'm only half way done with the hill. Maybe by next year I'll be done. 🤗

If you have any questions yourself, about herbs etc. I think that you will get good answers, at the channel 'Flock Finger Lakes.' The lady there is very interested right now, in the medicinal use of herbs. It gets pretty scientific. She also has a homestead now...clearing, planting, building, deer fences etc.
Its been fun to watch you guys, since you began your garden, until now. How have you dealt with things after the flood? I'm curious about how you decorated your kitchen, because you showed us the beginning projects, but it is a protected, private area and we all need our peace, somewhere, where we don't have to share with anyone, especially strangers out here. Can't wait for Spring!!! It will be nice to see your garden grow and give us hope, before our Springtime even arrives. What fruit in a container is the least fussy? I want to try one, at first. Teas would interest me too. It's difficult to know if we can drink certain teas, while taking other medications. Keep well. Is the cat allergy gone?

@@GardenloveHomestead OK, take your time with the questions. I'll be here. The lady's name is Summer Rayne Oakes. She also has a channel about houseplants. She lived in the Bronx, took care of abandoned Chickens in the city and had one at home as a pet. Now in Northern New York State, they bought some property. Chickens will be added to her many projects, maybe even this year. She knows about chickens, bug pests, pollinators, plants etc. in depth. She actually answers pretty quick too. 🌷
