Lots of tough combo moves. I was a trainer in Canada for 13 years. Going from Squat to Good Morning is tough as each is different with how far your push your butt back. That side lunge into the romanian/semi stiff legged deadlift, don't let your knees bend so much on the way down. That's your body not putting the stretch on there. You gotta try to keep the knees at 20 degree bent the entire time. You won't be able to go down as far. Don't worry about this. *** Don't go to the gym in that outfit unless you're wanting for marriage proposals? You look unreal in that get up. That stepping back lunge with the shoulder press is not a natural feeling movement. Don't get frustrated if it seems more difficult than it should? The last exercise you're doing a squat + 1 arm press that crosses. I'm not sure what the need is as you could just press up. It's up to you. Your morning was very productive, now time for a nap!
