Basically, it’s a visual glitch, it appears that it is free on the mobile catalog, but they actually aren’t.
This is nothing wrong this is just UGC limiteds that sell out pretty fast because there are only a little bit in stock.Also Roblox gave the permission for then to make limtedU u can get the for free but just be fast to get it.

Those are actually Limited UGC's, you can get it for free by playing it's game and do the following quest that is needed to be done
That happened to me too. But when I use a PC they show that I will get an item from a game. Probably in your phone it does not really work or its not yet released. So thats a red flag for inconsistency.
