My Mate 10 pro has a completely different screen, different even from the other videos of yours about Huawei phone. Mine only says: restart, clear data, update mode and safe mode. I'm having problems with rebooting, basically my phone reboots on itself 3 or 4 times a day and I've seen only that clearing the cache might help, but with only these 4 options I'm not sure which one I need to do. Wouldn't "clear data" mean resetting the phone? Please help :(

This is very bad, someone can steal my phone and reset it in notime. Why have they done this so easily, for some edge case when someone is stupid enough to sell phone online and forgets to delete data?

it does not work for me, when tying to get the EMUI menu, it instead shows the Huawei logo again and takes me back to the homescreen
