I remember when average female Athletes after 1990' jumping over 7 meters (W.R. was 7,54 if i dont wrong)and today the average jump is 1 meters abundant less! In Athletics the Long Jump Female is the disciplines that dont have improved and this makes understand how many drugs take after 1990!

those who think all ladies participating in Olympics have perfect body, watch ladies in hammer throw, shot put and discus throw. You will be surprised.
They specialize on their sport...need a lot more mass to do well in shot put / discus. A sprinter tends to be a lot more jacked than a long jumper too, they just try to still be slender so they can run fast. The other extreme would be long distance runners, who tend to be as skinny as humanly possible. Honestly, not really a whole lot of surprises.

I remember when average female Athletes after 1990' jumping over 7 meters (W.R. was 7,54 if i dont wrong)and today the average jump is 1 meters abundant less! In Athletics the Long Jump Female is the disciplines that dont have improved and this makes understand how many drugs take after 1990!

those who think all ladies participating in Olympics have perfect body, watch ladies in hammer throw, shot put and discus throw. You will be surprised.
They specialize on their sport...need a lot more mass to do well in shot put / discus. A sprinter tends to be a lot more jacked than a long jumper too, they just try to still be slender so they can run fast. The other extreme would be long distance runners, who tend to be as skinny as humanly possible. Honestly, not really a whole lot of surprises.
