Tangle Teezer’s Ultimate Detangles is a hairbrush designed for use in the shower/on wet hair! It has 325 patented 2 tier teeth that flex over tangles and knots with ease when hair is wet and most fragile. There’s an easy grip handle for comfortable detangling, and it detangles hair quickly, confidently, and easily whilst reducing breakage. 1. Wash body with bar soap
2. Wash hair with shampoo
3. Condition hair
4. Leave conditioner in while shaving
5. Wash out conditioner
6. Wash body with conditioning body wash

Can we just appreciate how Lauryn is a BUSY BUSY BUSYYYY girl but she still takes her time out of her day to do these things for us. My hair routine is: Get wet, wet hair, shampoo, rinse, conditioner ( part into 2 parts and run conditioner throughout my hair to brush it out), rinse, shave, body, done! Ily Lauryn!

Get everything wet

( this happens twice a week )
Other days with no washing hair
Shave
Wash body

Shampoo (a couple of times)
Rinse shampoo
Conditioner
Detangle my hair
Wash my body/shave
Rinse everything lol
Scrunch in leave-in conditioner and gel
When i shower this is my routine:
1. I use a scalp exfoliation about 3 times a week to help me get all my build up out of my hair
2. Shampoo my hair, rinse, and scrub scalp
3. Condition ends of hair and rinse
4. Wash body - don’t forget the back of your neck because the oils from conditioner can cause back acne
5. Wash face
6. Shave pits and legs (if needed/wanted)
And thats it!
I also do almond oil all over my body! It isn’t sticky like lotion and i do it in the shower since it is waterproof. It’s alos really good for hair, nails, and skin!
You should try adding salmon oil in his food, if there isn't any in his kibble already. It helps with his bones and joints

Definitely wash your face and body after you rinse your conditioner out!!!! It’ll help with any acne due to hair product build up not to mention your pores are nice and open to help remove the debris easier☺️

Lol my shower routine is complete opposite: shampoo, conditioner (shave if I need to), body, face. I used to wash my body while conditioning my hair but I started breaking out a lot on my back and once I switched it up, it cleared up

I actually do the exact same shower routine except I wash my face last so it feels fresh when I get out and do my skin care routine
SHOWER ROUTINE
1. Get all wet
2. Shampoo then Rinse
3. Conditioner or Hair Treatment then Rinse
4. Wash Body
5. Milk Salt scrub on knees, elbow and underarms.
5. Wash my face
It's advisable to wash your face last to get rid of all the residue from your shampoo and conditioner that goes to your face and to avoid acne formation.

Brush hair and rinse (my hair is thick and curly, so my hair care is very important to me)

(all while jamming out… estimated time: 30 mins (i know!))

Lauren! I might have some answers about Rocco! My dad is a veterinarian. Whenever my dog would get a rash like that, he says to put Vaseline on it. As long as you don’t put a huge glob (like a handful) on his stomach, then it should help with it. Might take a few days of application, but it should improve. Also, that string in his poop could likely be worms. It is common for puppies to get them. Talk to your vet and they should be able to give you some oral medicine for it. If worms goes untreated, it can be bad for your dog. Hope this helps!!

My shower routine is almost literally the same as yours lol. I just put shampoo in my hair and then wash my face, then rinse them both off. Then conditioner, pull my hair in a clip, and then do body wash/shave, then rinse hair and body.

My shower routine when I wash my hair is similar! I first wash & condition my hair and while the conditioner sits I do a body scrub, wash my body and then rinse out the conditioner. Then I wash my face and use in shower body lotion last.
