Wow very impressive. Good job guys. You can tell you put some work and thought into that trailer. Its so massive I cannot believe you can fit that much stuff in there and still have so much room. Thats definitely a dream trailer for most people. Makes mine look silly
like the piano hinge compartments.... really nice trailer.... I know how much work that must have been to first think it all through and then to build it all.... exellent job
Listen I've been watching trailer videos for 3 weeks straight. And I will infact be stealing 90 percent what you've done here. Even colors and style. Fix a solar panel to your roof 400w should be plenty. Also renogy makes an alternator/ solar charger module. Will probably get rid of the worry of your battery. Maybe also mount a battery voltage monitor on your miter table. Give you a clear update on when you should give the solar a hand. And what do you do for security??? That is part of the ten percent I'm not taking from this video. But honestly great job!! And thanks for the multitude of ideas!
Wtf!!! This is a huge trailer. Awesome set up. I’m 80% done with my build. I think my 7x14 would fit Inside yours with a lot of room to spare. it has to be really nice to work out of.
You can use your multiple port battery charger as battery holders, just plug the charger into a 110 volt power strip that has a on / off switch and switch it to off after the batteries are fully charged .
My setup is at least 90% Milwaukee, but even though I for some reason don't get along with DeWalt, this is still the best setup I have ever seen. (Other than mine, obviously lol) If you put half the effort into your jobs that you put into this trailer, then you guys must have a great reputation as contractors
@@naileditcrc2915 yeah, my way of thinking is I won't ever tell anyone that they have the "wrong" brand of tools. If DeWalt, or Bosch, or Makita, or even Ryobi and black and decker are the brand that works for someone than I have no issue with that. Just because the good tools...ahem..sorry, MILWAUKEE works good for everything I do doesn't mean that everyone in the world needs Milwaukee. But yah you're right, gotta give the other brands shit 😂
Just watched your workbench video that’s awesome to. You definitely do thinks right. I finally got a trailer and working on building it out know. Great job again. Keep them videos coming.
32:30 They sell spray paint for use on plastic at the auto parts store. You could get some of that and spray paint them black. You might have to rough up the surface with some 600 grit first.
That is a great trailer setup. 👌🏻 I’ll even look past all the yellow fanboy vibes to say so. 😂 At first I thought it was too long (so many long, boring trailer vids), but you guys nailed it. 🔨
If this video can get us to 1000 subscribers I will choose someone to get a 20v dewalt miter saw like we have in this trailer. We appreciate all of the veiwers and please subscribe and comment on this video to be entered to win. 1 in 1000 those are good odds.
one thing you could do to really nail it is wire up a power inverter to the 12v source on the trailer plug so when the truck is one and driving the battery stays charged so you dont have to be like shit did you plug the charger in. you would plug your charger into the inverter and always have a charged battery
That is a great idea as well! Most job sites we plug the trailer in anyways to run the compressor and battery charger so we haven’t run into too many issues. Thank you for watching!
Inside to inside of the shelves are 36 1/2. But that’s all going to depend on your case width as well. Our cases are 17 wide so we left ourselves a little bit of room to play with.
Currently it does a pretty good job at staying all by itself. However Tyler has a lead foot soooo yes sometimes the wood will shift. Which if it becomes a problem we can always create a stop for both compartments. Thank you for watching!
Ya it didn't change to the the lighting, we are working on better camera and audio over Christmas break, and no we prefer the porter cable belt sander, the dewalt sander eats paper quicker because of front angle, but still porter cable is owned by dewalt so kinda works, thanks for watching hope you subscribe, got my shop and work area coming soon 6000 sqft to show that setup too
We may do a solar panel later, kinda worry about it hooking low branches in town, but the nice thing about the charger in there is that I can take it out quick to use on skid steer or excavator ECT and can charge pretty fast, thanks for watching hope you subscribe
Yes yes Dewalt does make some nice ladders as well. Just hard when there’s nothing wrong with our current ones. But thank you for watching! Maybe we will get them for Christmas.
So..... General contractor... HVAC/Plumber/Sparky? Damn overachievers! Lol I barely find the time to do my 12hr continuing education for general... And that's why our tool pouches hang in the back....Occidentally, get it? Lol
You are absolutely right! Anyone can buy tools and a large trailer and call themselves a “contractor”. But yes we’d like to think we do a pretty decent job. We have a few videos showing our completed jobs if you’d like to check them out as well! Thanks for watching!

I’m a Milwaukee guy, but that’s a nice set up. Giving respect where it’s due.
I’m just as a huge fan as DEWALT as you guys all my stuff is by them. You make me want to do a trailer now. Great job.
like the piano hinge compartments.... really nice trailer.... I know how much work that must have been to first think it all through and then to build it all.... exellent job

A solar charger on the roof would be perfect to charge the car battery.
That is one of the nicest set ups I’ve seen!!!
Cory sporting yellow beard and black hoodie for added Dewalt effect 👌. Well-done guys!
Dude. You guys did an amazing job on your trailer. Many props. The layout is well thought out. Love the miter station.
Thank you very much! Tyler took a lot of time mapping it out for what works best for our work flow. Thanks for watching.

Awesome job guys. I have a full dewalt tough system 2.0 with almost all of dewalts 20v and flex volt tool in the trunk or back seat of my crown vic
Dewalt is the only way to go!

Finally a great example of how to carry your tools and still have room for cargo

absolutely love the trailer!! I've always wanted to do something like that, but with Milwaukee! Great job!👍👍
Great trailer set up. Thank you. Gave me some ideas for mine.
All I can say is wow! 👏 Amazing setup!! Great video thanks for sharing what real dreams are made of!

For air connection outside use an exterior outlet box and then hard pipe a female connection to the inside of it.
We have a air connection hose reel with an exterior outlet box as well! Thank you for watching.
how about seats for lunch? Loved it looks like a money maker!

Wow, whay a great truck.
Enjoyed the the tour! The builds are great even for someone that just owns a small workshop. Funny presentation!
Thank you for watching! We try to add a little humor into everything we do.
Wow almost died when I saw the material storage that's impressive, I was wandering how you'd use that gooseneck.

Great tool trailer. I hope you don’t mind if I use your layout.
I love these guys!! They’re funny aside from smart! Good job fellas!
Thank you! We are glad you enjoy the humor.
Nice Job! What are the rough width of your shelving unit with the organizer cases?
Inside to inside of the shelves are 36 1/2. But that’s all going to depend on your case width as well. Our cases are 17 wide so we left ourselves a little bit of room to play with.
Awesome setup. Who makes the large bins in the front of the trailer underneath the lumber?
Those are made by ant you can by them from northern tool about $50.00 each
Thanks for the tour gents.
Osb 20$ bucks a sheet would sure be nice to see right now. 42$ a sheet currently where I live in Missouri. It’s nuts
Oh yeah we are in the 50s! Everything is ridiculous right now.
Nice job looks great
Other than having DeWalt the trailer layout is great. Good Job!!
Where did you guys get those bins? It would also be neat to see inside those containers too.
They are from northern tool, Im sure we will make a round 2 video and I will be sure to show inside of them
Thanks for watching!
What do you think of the OSB prices now? There up over $40 a sheet around here.
It’s a bad time to do remodels or new construction. Prices are through the roof!
Great design and execution. Are all the shelving and cabs built from 3/4" phenolic plywood?
It's 3/4 malamine excuse spelling on that cost was about 29$ per sheet
@@tylerteunissen3668 Thx Tyler!! Happy Holidays.
Man, that trailer would look great with red packouts😁 Just got the drawer boxes😊
Im a dewaukee contractor! Most new tools have been Milwaukee.
Very well thought out. Matches the quality of your work

I was thinking about mounting the tough system brackets in my trailer. Some guys say they break often is this true?
We haven’t had any issues. And it’s not like he drives like a grandma either.
12:04 What are spider bits?
They are almost like your T-25s but larger teeth. We use them for some of our larger 6-8 inch timber locks
Where did you get all of your cabinets and shelving? Cause your trailer looks amazing, well done
We actually custom made everything in the trailer to meet our daily needs. Thank you for watching!
Realy - TS1.0 for ral mans ! TS 2.0 for mama"s constractors!
This reminds me of the part from fast and furious if u can’t find the tool u need in this shop u don’t belong on cars 😂😂😂mans got everything
Haha that’s very true! We carry just about everything you need.
Love it just wish audio was better
Thank you for the feedback! That is something we are trying to work on.
Nice job! Where did you get the black crates in the back
Northern tool
Impressive good job
I think I just died and went to heaven
I really like your trailer lay out. Where did you get the set up plan for it?
We actually designed it ourselves and set it up for what we typically needed on a daily basis.
@@naileditcrc2915 did you make a set of plans if so, would you be interested in selling a copy
Did you use all 3/4 melamine or some 1/2 too?
We went 3/4 and 1/4 I believe.
@@naileditcrc2915 I like the build for sure. Not to mention melamine is cheaper than plywood right now too
That and the black give it a nice touch as well.

those covid masks can't stop covid either if they can't stop powder dusts. Oh yeah, you definitely do have the best trailer I have seen yet.

Tyler thinks the trailer alone is around 17k lbs
dewalt ladders?
Yes yes Dewalt does make some nice ladders as well. Just hard when there’s nothing wrong with our current ones. But thank you for watching! Maybe we will get them for Christmas.
Would be so much better if it was packout haha
