The labels on the pieces may mislead someone, as the imperial and metric valus are not exactly equivalent. Just as an example, 1/2" is 12.7 mm, and 12 mm is close to 15/32"; this could cause problems if you're unaware.
I got completely mislead by the tilte. I was expecting video about some clever jig and how to use it. However thank you for your work always looking forward to your videos.
umm... 🤔 ok. as some people might say, that was kind of a 'long walk'. I should have just skipped to the end for the explanation, which turned out to be rather mundane.
If you drill a hole in the centre of each thickness jig then you can stand the router on it knowing you are not tilting it when setting the depth. 🙂
That's a really great idea.
I agree with Gaxman .... great idea, thanks

I didn't think that when I got started, but got into it about half way, it was fun

Sorry I didn't get it.
NP ... not for everyone
Isn't ½ actually 13mm not 12mm
it's actually 12.7 mm.
Yeah ... there is some fudge room, I only wanted a close approximation, could rounded up on this one

There were so many things I wanted to show use for, I had to cut re-shoot and cut it off ... sorry ...
