They made fun of our old naval boarding party. Now this looks epic
there is a fat guy there
Cool! 😎
Just had some questions. How do you become a boarding party member as a reservist? How long does it take to get there? Is it a course and you go back to your unit, or after completing the course you are deployed on a ship for some time?
My nephew is a Royal Canadian Navy guy. He's currently a Higgins bozon. He said the dudes who board vessels are the lowest of the low. These dudes don't even get bullets for their guns.

@@blingbling574 your buddy is a Bosn and is actually the lowest of the low without taking on any other ship duties outside his trade.
@Bling Bling How is it lowest of the low? Explain?
Game of angles
Rainbow 6 siege
isn't it a big mistake @ 1:18 of not going high or low ready to minimize the potential of friendly fire ?
I see at least one sub-lieutenant in there, where, from my understanding, the boarding parties are for Boatswains. Which officers get to train in boarding parties?
All ship borne trades are eligible for NBP. Boatswains are weapon specialists onboard (particularly for C6 and C9 LMGs, and .50 Cal HMGSs).
Naval boarding parties usually comprise two officers, the team lead and witnessing officer, who are normally drawn from the NWO trade. However CSEO/MSEO/LogOs are also eligible to take the course.
Shorter barrel rifles would work better on a ship.
A firing range of past 50 m would be rare.
maybe not with commercial oil vessels, or cargo ships. Perhaps a "Captain Philips" type rescue?
I want to be a Naval operater I am coming this is my dream 🇨🇦
Thats not a trade
Whats the difference between naval boarding party and NTOG?
A Naval boarding party is made up of members of a ships company that are trained by NTOG to tactically board and infiltrate ships.
Where NTOG is a dedicated unit that specializes in it.

Do the reserves get this training?
These Canadians are bad ass didn't say sorry after he shot that dude.... Savage
Is the naval boarding team a full time job in the navy?
No it’s a secondary duty, unless you join MTOG (which I think has been renamed NTOG?)

Your nephew is incorrect.
