I had zero integrity in my life. I had sympathy and empathy but really no integrity what so ever. 100% opportunism. But 4 years ago Spiritual work really showed this to me. After a few years I have come a long way. Developed well. Integrating your teachings. And I think I'm now at 5% integrity and 95% opportunism. And I mean 'authentic integrity'. And I have to say it changed my life. My level of happiness. My level of offendedness. My level of fear. It makes a huge difference. But this 5% was a huge amount of work and learning. Since almost 2.5 years now I felt a lack of integrity manifested in living a life not really true to myself due to wanting to cling to old behaviors. I feel drawn to integrity and I still remain attached to my old identity.
When I look at my dreamboard I begin to cry because I feel that I am still believing to be my old identity. I feel the suffering connected to stay small and mediocre. I feel every time when I made a selfish decision... awareness is double-edged sword. It's like a Trojan horse from God that I immediately feel when something is out of integrity. My awakenings are recognitions how big I am and how small I hold myself. Hurts every time but feels so good.

So when you leave somebody, do it not because "I'm better, and they're evil and bad." But so that you can grow your love to include *them* too.
God loves your boss and if you wanna be godlike - you'll have to love him also. Can you love him as much as your wife (and even more)? 'Cause that's where you're going with this work.

This video is has been extremely powerful on my consciousness. It has been only a few days since I first listen to it and I find immense grounding and anchoring force in integrity. A force that is not new and that had lost intensity. It was always present but this teaching made it more explicit.
I feel it growing and I can sense its closeness to unconditional love. One can't be without the other.
As much as this has opened my sensitivity to it, I understand that integrity can only flourish with real action.
I understand that the universe is constantly testing and tempting us (Itself) to sell it through pleasure/pain. We deepen it and consolidate it when we pass the tests.
Only by recognizing it, it grows. But it can only flourish through action.
    Thank you Leo

Great topic again! One thought that came to me is that selflessness can be a lack of integrity. Of course it depends on how we define it but imagine ten selfless people running around trying to serve each other. Where is the individual sovereignty and personal integrity in that? Narrow selfishness often also lacks integrity, so it's tricky.

Leo, in previous episodes you have talked about people of autism in rather unkind ways. For example, the Stage Orange episode, where you assert that autism is the product of "Orange debauchery" and also say that autistic people don't feel emotion. It is not the only episode in which you do this. This is horribly demeaning to autistic people, including myself. I realize that those episodes were posted awhile ago. But since you are talking about integrity, I thought this was something worth bringing up. You will have more integrity if you show more respect from now on.
Autistic people feel more emotion than the average person, but they don't show it in the same ways most people do. Also, they have incredible intelligence in certain narrow interests, which are called savant skills. They are very good at certain things and underdeveloped in things outside it. In other words, their skills are specialized. In general, auties have trouble with social skills and overstimulation, which make it difficult for them to function in society. But they do have profound talents, so it is only appropriate to see them as different, not as less. I have autism and am in Stage Yellow. I have many autistic friends, and only a small fraction of them are in Orange or below. In terms of consciousness, autistic people can be anywhere on the Spiral. Some can be far more evolved than most people, but they may not know how to show it, which is why it is not recognized.
Leo, I do love your channel and have been following it for more than a year now. I greatly appreciate your work. However, the ways you have talked about autism in the past have been a rather large fly in the ointment, and have dissipated some of the excitement for your channel that I might otherwise have. I do not think I am the only person who feels this way. I just happen to be one who says something.

Thanks for the feedback. I will take it into consideration.
Of course when I said austic in those contexts I was mostly using the word in its colloquial sense to mean a sort of dsyfunctional hyper rationality. And that is not the full picture of what autism really is. Autism is a complex thing that would require a whole episode of its own to properly explain.

    1) "Integrity" is phonetically similar to the word "integral", and they share similar qualities.
    2) Some people can’t see a portion of reality because, according to Ego Development Theory (EDT), they are in a lower and imature stage of counscioness, that way they natural blind to integrate, be integral or have integrity.
    3) 47:00h "Trump is been a gift to me". You’re absolutely right. Is been a gift to all of us. As a bad example, he’s a great object of personal and colective psicological study, as well as an opportunity of empathy to understand and walk in Trump’s junior childhood shoes.
    4) I have to say that surrender the ego is not such a difficult or impossible task as long as we cultivate humility and commitment to the truth, that is to develop and increase integrity and solid foundations that will be precious in the long term.
    5) Finally, I wanto to pay my tribute for those integrity persons who suffer and died defending the truth as Giordano Bruno, Hipatia and many others.

Because a dog has no language it can't think or talk to itself so it can't create a separate self. So a dog has no ego and therefore it's not fallen from grace. But it has no integrity. Its as selfish as every other animal and can't become conscious enough to develop integrity. For integrity a being first needs to develop a mind that is capable of being aware of it's selfishness. The lack of ego suggests a being has integrity but it's just pure unaware selfishness for itself and his owner/pack.

It happened to me with all of the love-based qualities when I was starting to develop. Looking back there was really no way of avoiding it my ego's grab and pull back on me. It wasn't until I fully caught onto this trap that I was able to be more mindful. So. I assume most of us do fall into that trap even when we are aware. So, like you were saying its VERY important to forgive ourselves for it. Judgment is hard not to engage in on certain days especially when it comes to the ones who hurt others intentionally.

“Integrity is being whole and undivided”. Universe tends to break down to simplicity by nature but we have a conscious ecosystem that is very complex and somehow stable (and repeating) but all of this is backed by our effort (the work). This is integrity. The energy that keeps the entropy stable. The active effort that keeps the system whole instead of getting disintegrated... integrity = effort => makes a stable ecosystem exist.

watching this, I want to comment before I see it all. I have always strived for integrity, and I thought everybody was.And I greatly suffered from this hypocrisy of 99% of people - not doing what they pretended to believe in themselves. The highest point of integrity is knowing to respect oneself - and the others of course - but not letting the others not irrespect you any more. And that requests a huge amount of lucidity, of understanding how the subconscious works.

Thanks Leo, really resonated with this one. Super keen and eager on developing and studying integrity in the ultimate holistic sense, that is, in my own life. I was super excited all throughout the talk, making it into a discussion and really asking the questions like, what are even the questions that lead to such great insights about integrity and other fine works talked about on this channel. Today was a really powerful and shifting day for me, feeling incredible and almost inobled in a sense by some change in belief structures. Gotta say, we have an incredible choice in every now moment, which revealed itself to be in the form of the question/statement. Do I belief my thoughts? Or straight off affirming in a positive, loving way, I don't believe my thoughts. Not that I don't believe IN my thoughts, but that I plain old don't believe what the egoic mind is trying to tell me through conditioned mind-made patterns, gap filling with ideas that initially seem meaningful but lack adequate contextualization. I'm coming into a greater sense and holism on my high ability as a vibrational being to pick and choose the frequency I want to vibrate at. Self love too, lately has been a roller coaster ride for me, dancing in higher harmonic alignments with my universe in a playful and gentle way with much respect to the total culmination that is, the Self with a capital S. Feeling super aligned and hope anyone who read up to this point is as well. This universe really is you. So thank you once again for this great work and such dedication and devotion to the Actualized.org craft and for providing this information in such an easily digestable manner that allows us the brevity of our own wit to actually test our theories that we have risen to accept. You are a natural Truth serum I feel, at least for me, my ability to understand, innerstand and overstand what you communicate in these deep exchanges has really met the point where the rubber meets the road. Overall I'm loving being a part of such an inspiring group of academics, philosophers, yogis, spiritual teachers/masters/students, and genuinely good people. It has made be more eager to continue this seeking. Much love and appreciation extended and apologies for the wall of text, felt super inspired here.
