The governor can be impeach if he has done something wrong. Sim is in the wrong here. Everyone is supporting Sim because of they hate for Wike and the APC. But someone should tell the governor the truth. The house have right to look into his activities and impeach him.

It's the court's duty until the law court makes a ruling on the matters in court. The governor remains valid elected, the same as the House of Assembly. Therefore, any decision the assembly makes for now is valid and should be obeyed.
Members of the state House of Assembly have defected. They cited division in the PDP as the reason for their defection. Now it's up to the court to decide whether their reasons are valid or not. Pay TV analysts and Governor Sim are interpreting Section 109 but it is not their place to do so. Interpretation is for the court. The House remains valid and can continue to act while waiting for the court's judgement. The court did not ask the House to stop all its functions pending the determination of the case. It's unclear where the assumption comes from that the House needs to stop until the court judgment is passed. Governor Sim did not stop his duties when he had cases in court.

With Peter Odili and wife who is a member of supreme court justices behind Sim Fubara, he is holding the recalcitrant 27 members of RSHA by the juggler in this case because section 109 of the Nigerian constitution declared their seats null and void following their defection to APC.
