It's soothing and I feel relieved while doing meditation. I am at the lowest point in my life and I don't know exactly where and what I gonna do to make my life better again. I felt useless and I can't help myself being trapped on this negative thinking. There's something in me that I didn't understand and I can not even express it out. I don't know I feel different and I'm afraid people won't understand that.

I had goosebumps and chills go from my scalp down my arms. love that....decided to go do this under my favorite tree.
It felt peaceful, warm blissful
OMG this meditation is so powerful! I had some tingling sensations in the third eye area and shoulders idk why. My entire body was vibrating in sync so much that some parts were itching but i could control the itching. I felt heavy and lazy before this but while meditating it was as if all the pain is released in air and my hands literally felt like they were floating ( i was resting my hands on my legs by folding my legs). It was as if i was levitating in the sky surrounded by clouds from all the burden my body, heart and mind were carrying. I stopped meditating since years and didn't expect to receive so much by meditating properly for the first time in years. Thank you so much for this!

I feel wonderful! I felt warm all over from head to feet. At first I had a slight pain in the center of both palms of my hands. It quickly went away. Then it was very peaceful.

I had a feeling of softness during the entire meditation, up to the moment of bringing my conciousness back to my body, when I felt heavy. I had chills all over my body at every singing and whispering, shed a tear only from the left eye and at some point it was as if I could see the Earth from outer space and my energy around it. Very very powerful!
The meditation was exactly what I needed. I felt I was taken on a journey to awareness. I was peaceful in nature. I was taken to an elated state with connection with universe. I was loved and touched by the angels. I was given everything I needed at this time. Beautiful voice Christina. I like this feminine side of you. Beautiful music, beautiful experience. The unconscious tension I held in my body slowly melted away. I wasn’t listening to this with headphones and it was difficult to hear what you were saying sometimes over the chimes and flute. My crown chakra and my heart chakra felt like it was expanding, I think. Idk it just felt bigger during the meditation. Like taking up more space. I enjoyed this meditation and will try it again tonight.

This was the most beautiful intense mediation I have ever had. I was surrounded with white light and yellow. My spirit guides were around me, I heard a voice telling me I am DIVINE, I cried throughout the entire mediation, felt so much LOVE. Still trying to process this but this is what I needed. There is no teacher other than your own soul. Christina, I am grateful for you. Namaste

This meditation resulted in an experience I wasn't quite expecting. Surprising. I felt submerged and I saw the shadow of water and even saw myself swimming, though I love water and fear drowning again. It was interesting. I'm really open to what comes out of this now. I've just started meditating within the last week. All I can say is WOW! No one told me how amazing this was going to be. I seen all sorts of designs, shapes and colors. I felt like I was floating in clouds and wrapped in a warm blanket. I felt warm hands massaging me starting from the top of my head to my feet. When I came back my whole body was tingling. Is it normal for my toes and fingers to be numb when I come to? I'm so confused and relieved at the same time. I need to do this again. This is my new go to. 😊
First off. I want to say sitting here reading the other comments, making my whole body Tingle, and get goosebumps. Brought tears to my eyes. The feeling that I got was unexplainable. Now, about the meditation, all I can say is. Wow, I was so taken away mesmerized in awe. I can't really describe how it made me feel it was perfect.

I don’t even know where to begin. I’m trying to wrap my mind around about what just happened. It was so emotional. It was so so deep. I cried like a child. I felt so much but I can’t explain it. And even as I’m writing this I’m still sooo emotional. My heart is sooo full. I don’t know. I just don’t know. All I know is I don’t feel bad. I am so thankful and so grateful. And so full of love. And other stuff I can’t explain. My mind is full of something. Something happened. To my body. To my mind. To my spirit. But I can’t describe it. I can’t stop crying. And it’s an emotional cry. And I’m just breathing through it. But I know something is going on within me. Please tell me what’s happening

This is Wendy. At first, I started tingling all over and was seeing the first three chakra colors. I then saw the rest of the colors of the chakras and felt my head feel like it opened up and I just kept concentrating on my breath. I did get a funny feeling below my belly button and then my legs were vibrating. It was very cool. I kept having these big yawns (releasing) a lot. Felt like dancing outside of the earth. Thank you. This is the first meditation I have done of yours. Well worth it.

If you are of a slightly anxious type, raising your frequency too high can test your sanity by the pace in which we operate these days. This is no joke!! I regret pushing mine too high. Each day feels too fast and like Groundhog Day!
