I find Gemar balloons for distortion flowers are very tuff, they are not forgiving enough, even if you blow them up a few times for conditioning.. On the other hand, it is a good thing for regular balloon decorating!

Distortion is my nemesis. Every time I try and do a petal for flowers, I end up with the 260 squished in two parallel lines inside the round. I cannot get it to stay with the gap in the middle. I would really like to master this technique. What about cute dragon scales with the hearts?
Distortion is one of those techniques that can be a real headache for people, and often even veteran balloon artists struggle with it. Don't be afraid to push around and manipulate your design to get the shape you want, even if it feels like you're being rough. You've got this! 💪❤️
