The most important I just want to let you know is that no matter what I’m doing in life and no matter where I am in the world, I’m always going to support you. I didn’t have a good life growing up because of my toxic family and other things and you also encourage me to work harder to shape my future. At first I never wanted to join the military and it wasn’t a choice of my own since I was peer pressured to do it. Now I’m going to do it for myself. I hope that I’ll be able to get in sometime next year. Again, it really scares me that things won’t work out for me because I genuinely fear failure. There’s so many things I want to do in my life and it has been a struggle to start achieving them. All I know is that I want to be a healthier person and I want to be in a place where I am happy, safe, and loved.

This obviously isn’t the first time he’s been betrayed, and showing him that he doesn’t have to do anything but follow the same rules everyone else has to in order to have a place here is imperative, not only to get him to stay, but for his mental health. Definitely not allowed to leave until he’s healed tho…
