RIP Mr Lynch. Glad to have met you once in 1998 when you had the Marquee in stitches when you compered at HT & Full Time during the England vs Romania game. A true gent - proper old school East-ender. Peaceful journey.

Good singer and successful! I am not sure why we here in America never heard him.I am 61 years old,and I am a fan of the 60's. I am sure I will buy a record next time of Kenny. Thanks for posting.

Lynch worked with Mort Shuman at The Brill Building songwriting for a while..... but I think he missed London !

he did a fantastic tune in the 60s called Movin' Away...great film, so evocative of that time.

I never realised he was a good businessman as well. He was a good clean living man who never let fame go to his head. I like it in those days when blokes wore ties.

Kipper, was a big favourite in our house when I was a kid. He was also a Chelsea fan, which will have rubbed up his East India Dock pals up the wrong way. 😉
