    Just wanted to comment to thank you for all your effort you've put into all your videos. You've made a great resource channel for all of us amateurs. Just made my first batch of pineapple wine. It's different but might be the best tasting non grape wine I've had. Cheers!

    For us, in Iran, alcoholic beverages are illegal and a crime. These lessons are practical and we make and drink them at home. I like carbonated mead very much.❤

    Try adding a very small amount of baking soda to a bottle of wine to neutralize the acidity.
