From the Karen "ta" or poem you mention, Mu Yeh Peh was scarified at "La Bo Klo" which located west of Ki Mae or Chiang Mai, the former capital city of Lanna Kingdom.. Therefore, King Rama 5 (Chulalongkorn) has nothing to do with Mu Yeh Peh because he never been to Chiang Mai. Mu Yeh Peh might be the consort (wife) of the King of Chiang Mai. Please note that during the reign of King Rama 5, Chiang Mai still have its own King, but the King of Chiang Mai had to pay tribute to the King of Bangkok. Chiang Mai during that time was still administered by the King of Chiang Mai . Chiang Mai had 36 kings altogether and the last king of Chiang Mai was 'Kaeo Nawarat" who passed away in 1939.
