Schedule M 2023 for Pharma Factories Notified by Government - Pharmadocx Consultants

The government has finally notified the revised Schedule M, 2023 for Pharma Factories. The Manufacturers with a turnover of less than 250 Cr have a year to implement it while manufacturers with a turnover greater than 250 Cr have 6 months to implement it.

Hello sir, hope all well on your side! Just wanted to get your perspective as you might have already researched on this. What are the different sources of identifying registered pharma companies in india, google search or indiamart doesn't always give accurate results. These website might say a distributor/wholesaler as a pharma company. Is there some governmental database that is accessible?
