It is recommended to play the Cuphead week in Hard mode as it has more notes, which means you get the Parry Note more often, Normal and Easy mode are harder than Hard mode as they barely have notes and you don't get a Parry Note often to defend yourself

God, i never expected Alan himself to play anything Friday Night Funkin Related! great game as always :) a small tip, you can try and change your binds in settings so it's a little easier to press them than using arrow keys. examples : "ASL;" "DFJK" "QWOP" "ZX ,." but of course, you can mix around with the binds.

Note, the Bendy week I highly recommend playing on Hard since it has a song that only shows up on Hard mode that is amazing visually and is just a great song. Also, Sans has 2 different 3rd songs depending on if you go Genocide or Pacifist during song 2, but both are amazing in their own ways

I recommend using DFJK, It’s better than WASD because it will spread out your fingers more to make it more comfortable, also in Sans’ week it’s gonna be a lot harder. I won’t spoil anything of course but it will be a lot harder
If you're a player like me I recommend xcvb because it's easy to press shift and space
i use A,S and the up and right arrow keys, it lets me press shift and space pretty easily

Tip: if mechanics make the song too hard for you to play, you can turn them off on week selection menu (hold shift and press left/right arrow keys)
or just dont suck
even though I understand that Alan and Dj aren't the best at rhythm games, and I sympathize with them on that for somethings, I also have to say that the way they performed is insulting to my favorite fnf mod, but aside from that, good video, very good job 👍

Just a tip guys if you guys are getting overwhelmed with the mechanics, you can turn it of by holding shift and change it like you change the difficulty
Indie Cross is definitely one of the best mods for FNF. I really hope they add more weeks into this. The possibilities are literally endless.

@@Jackaboy3695 because there's been a violent route and a non violent route in the sans section, maybe oneshot in indiecross could have something simmilar where violent is smash the sun, and non violent is dont smash. and maybe nightmare could be solstice with the solstice characters(excluding the world machine) and niko
@@ashgrun i don't think the nightmare modes will exist anymore due to Morø stepping down as the leader of indie cross. Why you might ask?? Because Morø is the creator of the nightmare characters

You guys are lucky that v1.5 heavily nerfed the mechanics, cuphead’s shooting mechanic used to guarantee a one shot and the sign never popped up. Not gonna spoil sans’ and bendy’d mechanic though :)
You could have
D - Left Arrow
F - Down Arrow
J - Up Arrow
K - Right Arrow
Use your index finger and middle finger and it also provides your thumb to hit the space to dodge easily and your pinky to hit shift to attack or you can have a fast reaction
(I do mine A-Left, X-Down, M-Up, L-Right. It seems weird for people but it works great for myself)
(Edit: You could also turn mechanics off if you want to enjoy songs)
I use Z, X, N, M, so my thumb would be closer to the space bar and shift to make it easier

It's funny how the editors censored every time the game says "sh*t"

ALAN AND DJ PLAYS MY FAVOURITE MOD
i love the cuphead week because it plays so much like the game, as in trial and error is the main thing.
Honestly this fangame might be hard but it's fun when you are used to it.
I few tips for DJ and Alan when they are done with the three weeks
1. There are a few bonus songs. if you type in the code 999414666 in the bonus song menu(Just hover over a song and type it in)you find a secret song that is a banger
2. Same thing except type in Gose. Also a banger and a throwback. Just don't lose
3. After completing all of the bonus songs there are special songs called Nightmare songs. These songs are the most difficult in the mod and are almost impossible to beat.
4. Beating all three Nightmare songs(Devil's Gambit, Bad Time, and DESPAIR) will allow you to get the three most difficult achievements. I'm not spoiling them lol.
5. You can find a 4th song in the Bendy week if you beat the entire Bendy week on hard mode.
In the second week if you chose to attack Sans(Sorry for the spoilers!) You can unlock another song
6. You also have the choice to not attack Sans and it makes beating the second week a lot easier.
7. The first you guys just played is what I would find the easiest so good luck for the next 2 more weeks if you continue to play this game.

Before selecting the week, hold shift and press side arrow to change mechanic difficulty. You had it on normal. It can be disabled completely
Pro tip: if both Alans AND DJs keyboards can play the game, then Dj can attack/doge when Alan hit the notes. This is so much easier and I have tried it for my self. Don't forget that you can disable mechanic and if the song is still to hard, do the botplay. So you can se the story/animations/songs!

To get the canon ending don't hit sans

pro tips for Technicolor Tussle and Knockout (if you're not reading these 2 long paragraphs, then get out of here)
Bullets: In Technicolor Tussle, it's actually recommend to play in hard charting because you will get more parry notes so you can attack him asap when he attacks you with the peashooter. For Knockout, definitely do not shoot when he's using the Chasers (Green Bullets), also, do not make cuphead save up the Peashooter (Blue Bullets), once you see him attack with it, attack back, also, the reason why he also attacked at the part after he temporarily stops, is because once he starts using it, he will only stop when you die or counterattack, he actually normally doesn't attack you there, unless you don't attack
EX moves (only at Knockout): Peashooter EX, when not dodged, does a significant amount of damage, only comes once, jusy think of it as like hiding from Rush (Roblox Doors), Jumbo Roundabout EX, has a shape of a sawblade, does slightly more damage than Peashooter EX, and it comes back for the second time, just think of this as Ambush (Roblox Doors again)

Week 1 is honestly easier on hard then normal cause there some parry notes you have to spam the attack button to get on normal but on hard it gives you a parry way before the attack starts

Tip: switch the shift and space and put shift for dodge and space for attack, when I did that it helped me beat it
By the way A.V.G, you can go into the files of the game change the sprite of the. . . how would you call it. . . I guess you could call it a note rating?
Either way you can go into the files and change the sprite of the S-Word note rating so you don't have to take a while to blur out the S-Word while editing.
Edit : You could also blur out the sprite in the folder as well.
