Good deck, i also didn't know that field spell. In my deck i used: Forbidden lance, dark hole, archlord kristya, sanctum of parshath, solemn judgement, gozen match, and tcboo. In extra deck i used: rail cannon xyz, linkuriboh, donner, fire light charmers, selene, accesscode, zeus, tarantula, gainer, seven sins, and punisher. These can work with celestial transformation
or hand traps, or quickplay spells, or effect negation, or burn damage prevention, or direct attacks, or tributing them, or banishing them, or flipping them face down to prevent their effects, or turning them into an equip spell/continuous (such as relinquished), or taking control of them. ex, one continuous trap that negates effects and most of the cards are 0 atk.
@@TheRealTcgGuy but, it activates on attack declaration? he would have to choose not to use it unless you negated it somehow? Maybe he didn't think it was worth the 0 damage attack that was going to cost 3000?
I thought of this, you can run it by forcing opponents monsters to attack yours via traps, but the issue? EVERY runick spell forces you to give up your battle phase, so you always have to wait at least 1 turn unless you use the cards after your first battle phase. Timelords do make for very good stall cards though.

wait, wouldn't magic cylinder stop its effect because it negates the attack? Why did it still activate? Also, some of these decks look really weird
