Why? because u js need anything over 5% luck to get the fish but not the diamond because u have over clocked the ammount.

Best recommendation is investigation. Farm the first one (level 60) on easy. But, if you item to farm the keys to craft something from a specific investigation, you can do the investigation that you want, but keep it on easy, ever. And bosses it is kinda of your choice since it don't drop keys to craft items. I would recommend doing the boss that you want on nightmare mode for max chests, and do it solo to minimize your luck

the amount yu can boost your luck is so little it hardly makes your chances yu get special grade+ items any better for example a 10% increase to a .1% drop is just .11%
