I been watching John Cox on live an the tour on tv for 2 years or more now love watching him fish I pulled into one of my local boat ramps on Sam Rayburn this morning on my birthday 1-19-2020 an John Cox was parked on parking lot with his graphs not working had blowed fuse gave him 2 fuses to get him back on water he is a nice well spoken man hope to meet him again good luck on your tournament this coming weekend mr Cox an if need any more fuses I live just a minute away from Sam Rayburn
I just enjoy watching how mild mannered he is. He doesn’t loose his mind every time he catches a fish. Cool, calm, collected. That was enjoyable to watch.
They should weigh at the boat like MLF does, so they can go back to their beds. People that think they can magically find their beds miles away are crazy.
If they did that then they would be able to go back and possibly catch and weigh the same fish twice or even 3 times in the same tournament. And if the rules don't allow them to go back in the same area where they caught the fish and released it then they're possibly hindering them from catching other winning fish. The females on beds haven't spawned they are just waiting to spawn so taking them to weigh in doesn't affect the spawn. Nature will take it's course and the female will find another bed which is made by the male and protected by the male the female will simply lay her eggs and move out to deep water and the male will stay behind and guard the eggs and fry.
