Lore check! That tree isn't Nordrassil, it's Andrassil/Vordrassil. It's pathetic because it was planted by Fandral Staghelm using a trimming of Nordrassil, to try and draw out the corruption of Yogg-saron from the land. It was successful, but unfortunately, it drew the corruption into itself, the furbolgs, their god Ursoc, and even and the Emerald Dream itself. If that specific tree wasn't planted, The Emerald Nightmare wouldn't have been created because the Old Gods would not have been able to get in!
Thank you for this! I'm not particularly familiar with the Emerald Nightmare lore, as this is the literal first time going through the instance. Makes sense why it's pathetic now haha.
Another bit of info: That tree was destroyed. In the real world, you can find it in pieces, with its Base being used as home for the Furbolgs of Grizzly Hills. So that is why is confusing. Because in the real Grizzly Hills the tree is not realy there, the carcass lies in pieces around the map. It is super interesting that is complete in the Nightmare. But after all, it was because of Andrassil that the nightmare took root in Grizzly Hills.
Many years ago I used to play WotLK on a private server. I managed to get into out of bounds area in ICC raid by jumping off from the zeppelin after the Gunship Battle and using slow fall effect. I wonder whether it is possible on official servers/classic, there was a vast, mostly unfinished area to explore in there.
wearing the toy [Overly Sensitive Void Spectacles] will give you a new perspective on the real corruption of the dream. (1st boss room for the best effect) Using farsight I looked behind where you spawn after killing the last boss and past the sleeping dragons is a giant ardentwield staff just chilln on the cliffside of the zone.
yay more content. Is it just the first-person view people have an issue with? Cause the UI does clutter it up. I appreciate you considering your viewers, does just 3rd person work instead with no UI?
I'm not really sure what people are having an issue with. But it's enough people that at least the comment sections have quite a few people complaining.
@@GameUnCrafter Might be more that you're not moving in quite the same direction as the camera is facing. Seeing a bare camera think people perceive that it should be travelling in the direction where it's looking when it's actually moving along a horizontal plane (no height change). Don't think you can control it much, just focus on the exploration
I get motion sickness in many video games and it’s usually fast movements without a stable focus point in the middle. I actually drew a small x on my screen. What could help is not wiggling the cursor around like your character is violently shaking his head. The main problem, I think, is my brain trying to figure out what I’m looking at and where my position is. But on the other hand, if we start to feel dizzy, we can just pause the video and look at something else for a few minutes.
Are you enjoying the Emerald Nightmare Series?
Indeed sir. 🍿
@@drpants9015 Glad to hear it!

I wonder too! I know with a DH it's definitely possibly on retail 😂
this ui is every raid leader nightmare
Wouldn't the tree be the fallen world tree with the the furbolg town inside?
That's what it is normally, yes!
Wasnt that tree valled Vordrassil or Andrassil before it was cut down?
One of those! Not too sure. My lore about the Emerald Dream / Nightmare is very limited.
goto illginoth zone, find the corrupting crystal that turns you hostile then go attack malfurion back on the other side of the portal
