Have the kids pull some grass and give to the chicken all of them , when I was little we had chicken and when it was hot mom would have all six of us pull grass seems they eat the grass for extra water.

Swimming pool for the dogs in this heat helps keep them cooler,I use for mine in this weather!! Love uguys❤
Some dogs won’t use a pool… we had a pool for our Pyrenees and our st Bernard’s, none of them wanted anything to do with them 🫤

Hi Steph, some of the birds are gorgeous with their colours. The baby goats are the cuties. Your animals are all happy and healthy with the great care they get from you and Brandon. Has Brandon heard about his surgery yet. I will be so happy for him when it’s all done and no more pain. I have been going through similar so I understand his problem, it’s not nice. 👍👍❤️❤️🇨🇦
Oh I meant to tell you that we got our meat box that you all suggested...had the smaller steaks tonight. Oh my gosh that was the best steak I've had in YEARS! It was real beef! It tasted like beef from back in the 70's or something. I can highly suggest you all go back and watch the video where Brandon and Steph show off the meat box you can order and get you some of those steaks! If I order another one I might get all steaks....so rich and flavorful. I just pan fried mine in bacon drippings...mmmmmm!
The chickens would love the wasp nests. They will eat the larvae out of the cones.

You should get a hat but it might have to be a ten gallon cowboy hat to get all that hair contained. I bet you can get them in straw.

I love getting to see you Stephanie and go with you on your tours. Our son and his family used to have chickens, and I loved helping take care of them when they went out of town. One hen loved me and would come running to me so that I would pick her up! If I was sitting in a chair, she would jump right into my lap! I used to call her 'Grandma's Girl'. She got attacked by a critter one night, which broke my heart. I love seeing all of your critters, but I think I am partial to your mini donkeys and your baby goats. Oh heck, I just love all of your critters. Watching your wonderful videos helps me relax and starts easing up my chronic pain......and you always make me smile and feel like I am at home. Hi Steph, I know your chickens are well taken care , but I think their water bowl should be in there coop and have straw in there nesting box. Also give them some left over scrap. (Veggies). I also think you should give them free range with fresh grass.
I feed mine fresh greens but not cut grass because cut grass can give caged birds sour crop...

Even with sunscreen, you should be wearing a hat to protect your face, neck, and ears! Especially with the sunburn you all ready have! I am just very concerned for you and your kids as well! 😢❤
Yes, when people are young, they think they are infallible, but life will catch up with you, I know, had a melanoma removed from my nose and had to have skin graft, my nose is a little disfigured, but I still have it. I have seen close ups of her arms and with her coloring and freckles she really needs to be careful, and her children too, especially with the addition of the pool.
I am a natural redhead and would need sunscreen if I was outdoors very much but I am unable to walk around and stay indoors mostly. I am partly Cherokee and darker skinned my dad had the red hair and freckles but he was a truck driver and his left arm got sunburned so he mostly wore long sleeve uniform shirts even in hot weather he said it absorbed his sweat and kept him cooler he drank strong hot coffee all day long he said it kept him cool which I don't know if it really did.
My mother was part Cherokee from NC she NEVER burned she tanned> me on the other hand take after my dad so I burn. Evidently you don't have enough Cherokee in you to matter if you burn. as you are naturally redheaded.

There is no water in the chicken pens. I love all of you and what u do.
Would it be possible for you all to move the chickens to à grassy part of your farm.? I know you have quite à few "cages" but it would be nice to see your chickens on grassy parts and they would leave manure and eat up the bugs.
Maybe get a sun umbrella you can carry around & protect yourself ❤

Not being rude, but what's the reason for chicken water on outside, if they are inside in shade less algae and water will be cooler. If you go get a hand gas tiller small head one you can till inside they pens so they can dust bathe some.

The Eldredge family's turkey looks just like your& their's has full beautiful turkey feathers & so does the arms family's they also have same turkey as well. & their turkey is beautiful as well name larry.
