Yes there is lack of confidence in hardik captaincy but it’s not only the fault of captain. Every decision is not taken by hardik. It is a combined failure by management n players. Offcourse he is out of form with lack of confidence but it doesn’t mean to question his ability. IPL is a serious competition. Even when Rohit was captain there were issues in management. MI was not at its best in last 4 seasons. Rohit was the captain right but it didn’t happen according to their plan. It happens. Back your captain back your team. They will comeback strong nxt season.
It's not the decision making, it's about how you manage the team on the field...he gets aggressive for simple things and always shouting on the fielders and bowlers.

I am too a huge fan if rohit sharma. No doubt rohit Sharma is one of the greatest captain of Indian cricket team and for mumbai Indians as well,also people relate to him aloti especially after world cup. But also people need to understand MI captaincy decision was of team management & not only hardik's. We shouldn't abuse hardik, he atleast deserves some respect atleast for being part of our national cricket teams Vice captain. Cricket is a team sport if everyone will perform then inly the team will win, we shouldn't say hardik out hua isly mumbai hari bcoz of his batting.
