    In most times, I have good sleep 😴, but sometimes I get problems espacially if I have teast on next day, l will think excessively, so when I get sleep problems I listent Qran it is make feel comfortably and safely 😴❤.

    I usually fall asleep within ten minutes. I don't have any sleeping problems. My body clock wakes me up after getting six hours of sleep. It is my habit to watch your programme before going to sleep.

    Thank you for your job! So, I wanna answer on this question. I have insomnia. I have so many problems with my sleep. Also I am a student. And, before I did not know about melatonin. And I find the way how I can change my problems with sleep.

    I try go to bed after 2 hour to last meal. The place when I sleep it should be quiet and dark. I like bedtime listening calm and relaxing music. I wish all good dreams.

    I always given a lot of importance to sleep. Especially for who lead busy lives, find the way to sleep well and the right number of hours is of vital importance, otherwise our performances in all areas could be affected. I know some people who love to sleep during light hours and to be around during the night. This lifestyle in the long run could be harmful to both mental and body healt. It is much better to go to sleep around eleven o'clock pm and to wake up around seven or eight o'clock am, but obviously everyone has their own thoughts. I cannot deny that when I'm at a party, I also love being late and get more sleep the next morning.

    Well. I haven't been sleeping long ago my asleep right time around 2 it is middle night but my friends arrived sleep as soon as on bed very jealous for me 😁 rapid sleep is best.

    These days i have been suffering the fragmented sleep at night. It really hard and uncomfortable though I turn all sides of my body. It sounds like a nightmare for me to sleep now. And in the next morning I wake up late of course and feel lethargic and exhausted all the day. How horrible!!!

    I prefer the flow and regular rhythm of the man, because the woman's rhythm is irregular. She can say 2-3 words fast then comes back at a steady pace and then oupps she says 2-3 words together. I like to read aloud at the same time as you and so I can improve my pronunciation but with the lady given the variable speed it is more difficult. I really like your videos

    No because yes i have sleep broblems
    I can't sleep quickly
    So i decided to find a sollution for this issues like do not use the mobile at night and sleep in calm , dark and comfortable place

    Can Somebody help me ? I can’t sleep as soon as I go to bed. It take 1-2 hours to go to a real sleep😥. I haven’t used electronic devices before sleep. I try to stop my thinking but it’s hopeless. Help🤕

      I think listening a sweet music, reading a funny short story, watching a comic video , playing with pets, taking deep breath... are the ways help people to get to sleep easily.. A good night's sleep make people to have a sound mind and powerful body. Many strong people will a good and powerful society , a prosperous country.
