I know some people who love to sleep during light hours and to be around during the night. This lifestyle in the long run could be harmful to both mental and body healt. It is much better to go to sleep around eleven o'clock pm and to wake up around seven or eight o'clock am, but obviously everyone has their own thoughts. I cannot deny that when I'm at a party, I also love being late and get more sleep the next morning.
Well. I haven't been sleeping long ago my asleep right time around 2 it is middle night but my friends arrived sleep as soon as on bed very jealous for me 😁 rapid sleep is best.

I prefer the flow and regular rhythm of the man, because the woman's rhythm is irregular. She can say 2-3 words fast then comes back at a steady pace and then oupps she says 2-3 words together. I like to read aloud at the same time as you and so I can improve my pronunciation but with the lady given the variable speed it is more difficult. I really like your videos thank you
