Synopsis:
The TV drama is adapted from the Thai author Ms. Pitchaya Turdkwanchai's novel "Samee Ngern phon" (Translation: This Ordinary Man). It tells a story about a dominant female president Lu Fangning (played by Zhou Yutong), who is nearly 30 years old but has never had a fixed boyfriend. She believes: “Being rich and earning money are priorities." She was determined to develop a new home furnishing brand in the company, but she was required to get married and have children before getting a chance. Ling Rui (Gong Jun), a gentle and handsome male physician with high intelligence, became her goal. Lu Fangning tried all sexy tricks to seduce Ling Rui into submission while failed. She thought that Ling Rui was cold and passionless. Unexpectedly, Doctor Ling was waiting for an opportunity to turn back...

the thing that I love about this drama, which is different from other dramas, which is that even though it is contract marriage which is seen in other dramas, but before marriage they already like each other and have feelings for each other, so when having the wedding and getting married etc, you can obv see the love in their eyes, their strong chemistry and natural interaction as lovers, and those around them can see it too. Im sure they will become a couple soon and that is much better than other dramas where they slowly become closer then become couples, I find it too slow and boring. I also love the FL & ML, the actors have acting skills and the good looks, chemistry and the roles are good too. Strong FL & warm ML :)

i will never understand board meetings in dramas, if it was really 285% profit increase , as long as the company sees continued growth 95% of Directors would vote for whatever vision the CEO has -> unless the fund and risked involved are astronomical, unaffordable, against their values or illegal(though not always for legality) and then again we know from management courses some funds and risk are always inevitable and funds have to be set aside for risky projects that lead to evolution because just defending core business projects always leads to eventual decline
