Correction for you at 5:28 on video. The sign refers to the region of El Bierzo, part of the province of León. The village at this point is called El Acebo. It's a long winding route down to Molinaseca - but there are two routes. The longer but easier route is by road, the other route leaves the road and takes you along uneven hillside paths that can be hard going on the knees and ankles.
You're very handsome either way and I love your sense of humor. It was a good binge during these self-isolation weeks. Plan on doing the Camino Portuguese fingers crossed in Sept or Oct. Love all your information and vlogs so well shot! And I love your flowers behind your ears! Keep shooting the vlogs handsome!
Efren love, you left your stone for your nails, not your beard. I love the 5 o’clock shadow myself! Thank you for sharing your life and travels with us. Buen Camino!
I like the bit of soft peach fuzz when it get past the rough stubble stage, as long as it is shaped well along the jaw line and off the neck. Once the beard starts becoming long enough to run your fingers through, its time to trim it back to a nice soft 1/4 inch or so.... thanks for sharing your journey....
I have just put your name forward as a candidate for canonisation.I have suggested to the pope that you should be called Saint Slow.(Hedging my bets) I have also contacted the devil - I have long suspected that he gave you a task.If so,then you have carried-out persecuting we mere humans with real vigour and quite some aplomb.I'll explain:while awaiting the next segments of your journey I have been passing the time away by trying to teach myself to climb walls using only my finger nails.Last thing:I have cancelled all plans and ambitions for the next.....several years;so slow down!take your time to download the rest of the journey simply because of the silver lining to being one of your viewers.I may not live for ever;but thanks to you the side-effect of the wait makes it seem like I have lived for ever! Hasta esa Cruz llegamos, como parte de la celebración de los diás en las Diócesis de la Jornada Mundial de la Juventud Madrid 2011. 13:23 That there's what commonly referred to as an eccentric bum, lol. A wanderer. Vagabond etc. Probably staying outside, or in donativo's and panhandling for euros. They have become more commonplace on the Frances these days, and I imagine they were on it during Medieval times.
@@Walk_with_Efren I met a woman on the Frances that told me she was a druid, and asked if I wanted to pray to the trees with her. Nice lady, but I politely declined, lol.
Estoy muy bien. Hace un año que terminé el Camino. Entonces, fui a mirar algunos videos.
Love your videos, beautifully put together, both informative & entertaining. Keep the beard - beards are makeup for men- not that you need it of course :)
My son loves castles, and he is very interested in the Templars, so this should prove to be a very welcomed little side trip on our camino. Did you walk through that red clay mud that I read about? I've heard that it just sticks to your shoes and makes you about 3 inches taller! Looked like this day was fairly inexpensive, also! Thanks again for sharing
Keep the beard... Saludos de Montenegro! You should visit my country, it fairly little but you can go swimming in the morning, and have dinner in the mountains.. Everything is so close...
Love the rugged look! It suits you well on the Camino :-). Nice video as usual. Love the drone shots. And of course the flowers of the day! I love discovering more of your journey each time, and smiling along the way. I am dreading the end of it! By the way... how are your nails these days?? :-)
Efrén, enjoy your vids. How are you editing your videos on the road, and how frequently would you say you were able to upload on the Camino? Will be a pilgrim starting August. It’s gonna be a hot one.
thank you Seth. I did not edit from the Camino; you simply won't have the time or will sacrifice the interaction with other pilgrims. August is very hot and crowded. buen camino.
Agree with favoring over-the-ankle hiking boots. They are heavier but reduce the risk of ankle sprains and they have a thicker sole which prevents your foot bottom from being bruised by all the little stones you step on. In the USA, serious young hikers who do the Appalachian Trail and the Pacific Crest Trail swear by trail runners. Which is fine when you're in your twenties. Question: do you have to tip when eating in bars and restaurants?
@@Walk_with_Efren ok Thank you Efren I m planing to do the Camino Frances April -May So your videos have been super useful, entertaining and educational. Thank you

What’s the name of the tape you recommended?
KT Tape -> amzn.to/3yILP8E

Oh. Those are just regular tape you find at the pharmacy. I don't know what they are called.

just a regular guy doing the best I can with what I have.
Nice joke about Molinaseca, I wonder how people get the joke. It's a pretty little town at the foot of the hills.
what are you using the canon for.... seems you are using your mobile and vlogging stick? love the big sandwiches. reminds me of holidays.
No cell phone nor vlogging stick. I used a canon 5d mark iv with a 24-70mm lens handheld.
no way!
No había albergues más cerca del pueblo? Debiste seguir caminando por todo España tomando drone videos...
I think the beard is okay for the camino, or other rugged activity, but for real life, I prefer the look of a well-dressed, clean-shaven man.
Says that there is no more walking downhill.. *while walking downhill* 😂👌
