The thing that none of the videos makes clear is, do you ROLL the ball up your fingers? Or release from the palm?

I always catch the balls after the 3 flash, I can't continue. How do i overcome this?

Orange Harris Parkour focus on doing just three catches first.... thereafter build it up slowly!
