I was just training on a 55,000 sqft concrete floor (formerly a airport aircraft parking lot) going from parking lot rough to glass shine. We"re half way through and waiting for all the overhead work to be finished before we do the final grind and polish (they built the building using the lot as the floor). 9 passes is what it will be before we're done.
Look for any equipment rental business or possibly home depot. Make sure you rent the vaccum and wear a respirator. When you grind concrete tiny particles of crystalline silica become airborne. It's the mineral found in the materials that make up concrete (sand, stone and concrete). Silica is dangerous to breath in. Good luck and be safe.
I've done that work by hand too. It takes a few weeks before you build all the muscles to be able to do that for extended periods without being in pain. But if your back is already messed up you'll always be in pain.
What type of machine is that you’re using in the first step day 1
What is the machine used to hold 7" grinder?
What tool is that holding the hand held grinder
Turned out great! What’s your guys opinion on charging a deposit before putting down a floor like this?

Wow huge job
Is the diamond grinder better than a shot blaster machine to remove old paint from a garage floor?
Where can you rent one of those grinders?

Where can we buy one of those trollies for the small grinder

From 1 to 10 how happy are you with that Husqvarna PG 530 How does it perform on hard Concrete ??
Judging from the vid looks like it performs great
Do you ever water wash it or chemical etch it after grinding?
There is no need to do that. Just vacuum it and lay epoxy.
Thanks for the video. 1 part epoxy can go straight on or do you suggest primer?
These are 2 part epoxies. Yes we recommend a primer for this type of installation because we're using a 100% epoxy.
How happy are you with that 20 inch Husqvarna
I'm sure they're more than happy with it
