No diss but every home needs at least 1 mil in updates. This is for 1 kind of person (white) ppl only bc of the design and colors. I find it nice for those who would like it but deff not my taste.
That has to be one of the most ridiculous, racist comments I've ever heard. I live in an upscale neighborhood of all custom homes and the people of color have the same home designs, colors and furnishings as the white people. I'm white and bought my home from a black couple and I didn't have to change a single color or design element. There is some difference based on age group, but not race. That said, some of these of these homes have outdated colors and decors that would be nice to update. The real issue if your in the market for a home like these is you either buy one of the the few that's available or build your own, which for a house like these in Cape Coral will take a minimum of 18 months and more likely two years.
