I purchased a Cinch about 3 1/2 years ago. I use it to make all sorts of bound notebooks, journals etc for craft shows. I wore it out. I have a craft show in a week and still had several books I wanted to make. I ordered this above cinch and have already bound 4 prayer journals with it. So glad to be able to get this so fast so I can co tune my projects.
I have found its quicker to do all my 12 lunches first then pull out the slider one time instead of for each page.
I learned so much from your video. Just finished binding my journal. Love it. Thank you so much.👍💕
Thank you for sharing I just got my cinch and I watched your video so I wouldn’t be scared to try to make a project so thank you again for sharing
I AM GOING TO HAVE TO BUY ONE OF THESE MACHINES. LOVE IT AND WILL LOVE MAKING SMALL BOOKS FOR FRIENDS. THANK YOU FOR A GREAT PRODUCT AND SHOWING HOW TO USE IT CORRECTLY.
Thanks! This is so helpful.
Many thanks!!!
Your explanation was very very helpful!
Keep safe!
All the best!
AMAZING!!!!
Beautiful 💕
Ugh you make it looks so easy. Binding is so hard for me
Wonder if we can use the plastic spiral coils with the square holes?
I would like to know how to male the cover little bigger then my inside pages and have holes match
Please, when I pull down on handle the knobs only go down 3/4 of the way, not all but a few. While holding handle down I have to manually push the knobs down that are stuck. The drawer is empty of scrapes. Is there a maintenance guide I can follow to loosen the sticking knobs? I use regular paper. Also it would be helpful if you would tell us how many sheets od paper each wire holds. Thanks by the way my brand is the Heidi Swappp Cinch
Hi! I'm wondering how many pages you could bind? If I wanted to make a book out of a year's worth of cards, ephemera, etc...how many pages can I bind together? Thanks so much!!
Can you use small spiral coils?
Loved this tutorial, but one thing I'd like to know is, why is that the back cover is to be placed on top of the front cover, facing right sides together? Why can't the back cover be placed first and then the inside pages with the top page on top before coiling?
Doing it this way hides the "seems" of the coils 👍
Does this punch for disc's as well?
No, you’d need the cinch disc punch that punches “mushroom” shaped holes.
Hi Heidi I just purchased the we are memory keepers Heidi Swapp cinch. And my question is my very first project I am working with is 8 1/2 x 11 book. I would like to punch 1 - 12 I have made sure all the pegs are pushed in double checked myself and I cannot pull the lever down to make those punches what am I doing wrong please help
I LIKE TO RECYCLE NOTE BOOKS THAT THE KIDS USE UP THE RULED PAPERS BUT THE OUT SIDE IS REALLY GOOD SO TO RE DOD THE INSIDE TO ADD A PAGE TO IT WITH THE CINCH TO MAKE A BOOK OAUT OF IT HOW CAN YOU DO IT THE WIRE IS SPIRAL
Where can I find the clear pages?
I don't know what I'm doing wrong, cutting holes correctly, putting wire on correctly, but when it comes to the 'Crimping' the wires together, They end up lop-sided...Any help?...
Good question. I found 2 videos that might be helpful in trouble shooting the problems you are having with your wires. I hope that helps.
