I tried it and it turned out so awesome. Everybody was so elated in my family eating this with chocolate cake. But if you're using ½ cup of cocoa powder and instead of 1 cup milk , use 1½ cup milk . You will get the right consistency. I'm saying on the basis of my personal experience. Apart from this, everything was fantastic. It's fabulous.😍😍😍😍😍
Already made this just now and wow is so simple and very useful especially during this pandemic where is hard to go out and buy baking supplies. Highly recomended!!
Incredible, easy and quick! Thank you so much for sharing this!!! 😊 To everyone who’s asking about the measurements, just use the amount she says and it’ll be delicious! I dipped my banana slices into it with a fork ☺️👌🏻

Made this today although I used powdered milk which is the only thing I have on hand and it still turned out yummy. I mixed too much butter and the taste what strong but its still perfect to use for my steamed chocolate cake. I will do this again and make sure to use ingredients on your list.
@@Mayefamily123 thank you . I'm hesitant to use it because the ingredients in the recipe says that it should be dutched process cocoa . I'm afraid it will taste sour or different . The cocoa powder that I have here doesn't have any label . I will try using it . Thanks again . Stay safe ❤
This really works!! I was doubtful because I only had hot chocolate powder but it turned out exactly like yours. This will definitely be my go to recipe 💕

Just a question, once this cools down, does the texture harden? I want to create a chocolate sauce to mix in a waffle batter so hopefully, when I create one, the consistency of the sauce will remain as is. Thanks for the response!
TipidTips yan kase kung bbli ka sa grocery ng choc.sauce nasa p130+ atleast yan sariling gawa mo sariling panlasa.at unli sauce kpa.thanks sa pagShare mo madam....
The vanilla extract is not necessary. It's if you only want to taste chocolate that you would take it out. If you use cocoa powder that hasn't been treated with alkali, also known as the Dutch process, then you will need to incorporate a little baking soda into your chocolate sauce to counteract the natural acidity of cocoa powder. Most baking with cocoa powder utilizes the powder as the acidic element to "leaven" the brownie or cake with baking soda and the cocoa powder. But for a chocolate sauce by itself you would need to do the same thing. Most recipes call for a 1/4 teaspoon to 1/2 teaspoon of baking soda per 3/4 cup of cocoa powder. When heating and mixing give time for these two things to mix and set. If it tastes still too sour you can add a little more baking soda. But give time for these things to react and neutralize each other.
Hi! This is really helpful. I'm just curious, does the consistency stay the same once it's off the stove, or it hardens? I'm planning to make the dark chocolate version for my crepes. Thanks!
Hehe. Thank you po ng marami. Question po. Pwede po ba ito maging ganache? And kung pwede po ito maging coating sa mga fruits? Magha-harden po ba yung chocolate? Salamat po. Sana mapansin comment ko. Hehe.
