Another tour of a fascinating and historic Cotswold village!, Thank you, Robin, for giving us a glimpse of the Spencer church with its extraordinary stained glass windows, as well as the beautiful interior with the carved statues of historical figures. The Cotswold countryside with its breathtaking views never disappoints! 👍📷
Lovely story and another reason my wife and I will visit the Cotswolds next year, Covid Travel regulations allowing. Then it Charles I in 1644 avoiding capture from Cromwell‘s armies. Love the rich history entwined in each town and village in the beautiful region of England 😊👏👏👏👏👏👏👏😊😉👍👍

I think the Royal Army camped at Yarnton prior to moving North before the battle of Marston Moor.
