Hello. You can join the WhatsApp groups for the university. You can find these through Yocket, Facebook or LinkedIn. You will find a lot of people and connect with them to find apartments. According to me, most of the universities don’t allow master’s students to stay in university residences. But you can still check with your university to see if they can accommodate you for short term. There are some organisations that might help you to find short term accommodation.
