Being strong/ fast/coordinated is one thing but take it from someone who has been tumbling for years.... AIR awareness especially when flipping and twisting is COMPLETELY different. Air awareness at 300+ pounds?!?! On the fly..... In a game with people trying to tackle you??? What on EARTH??? He didn't even look lost in the air whatsoever. I'm seriously just blown away. Bruh literally reached for the goal line with one hand while upside down.
This deserves to go in the Big Man Hall of Fame.
Robert Hunt’s TD catch will forever the the greatest Dolphins’ play that didn’t count.
We need more lineman highlights, they’re always electrifying.
That would have been one of the best "big man" plays of all time if it counted. They still should have given it to him.

That roughing the passer call at the 11:20 mark may be one of the worst calls of the week in a week with some top notch candidates.

that taunting call still worse imo, especially since it cost the bears the game. thats not nearly as bad as this one imo since the ravens lost anyways.

Robert Hunt's big man athleticism is just mind-blowing. Glad that he didn't snapped his neck on that backflip.
And even though he was ineligible, I would give him an A++++ for trying and giving an immense effort to help the Dolphins score.

As a Dolphins and NFL fan this is my favorite thing I watched all year. The effort and heads up play to keep the ball away from the defenders after the HB slipped. I was laughing so hard and crying from laughter. The thought that he may have actually scored in a close defensive game was the cherry on top of it all.
Even though I knew it was comig back.(ineligble) I knew we were'nt gonna lose. Then n THERE.
Got to give the Dolphin's defensive a lot of credit in this game! They pressured Lamar all game long plus, the ravens offense wasn't clicking at all today.
They have nothing besides Lamar if he isn't special they don't win. Had at least 5 drops and the fumble for TD.

that xavien howard play has got to be my favorite of any player all season. forced fumble, recovered, insane return for the td. felt like the game turned right there.

He needs to keep making those plays or (as a Dolphins fan) I would have traded him for a 1st and a 3rd. or 1st and starting caliber player. But that's just me doing our horrible GM's job for free. Just like when I picked Justin Herbert. Who is clearly the better QB, and has been clear.

What constitutes “roughing the passer” is ridiculous. Defenders are just following through on the play and they get flagged.
Actually the refs started calling it at the end of the game to say sorry for all the bs calls they did earlier in the game

I get that the penalty exists to protect QBs, but some of these calls are ridiculous.
I don't think they'll change the rule because it has protected QB's. In the past, many were getting injured after they had thrown the ball. Basically the QB's are protected almost like punters now. If a defender sees the QB getting ready to throw the ball, they have to decide whether they can hit him before he throws it . If he does make contact after the throw, they have to make an effort to back off which is not easy to do in mid tackle. However that 2nd roughing the passer call at 11:20 looked bogus because the defender did make an effort to back off.
@Overlords i know, it’s not like players can levitate mid hit. But honestly, outside of those 2 calls I’d say this game was pretty good reffed
@@rjwalker4153 But the rule has devolved into a roughing the passer flag for merely farting in the direction of the QB. The competition committee will need to amend the rule in the off season. To flag a legal hit when the defensive player has momentum and cannot physically stop from hitting the QB in the millisecond after he threw the football is an absolute joke.
@Overlords The QB's didn't make up the rules. The competition committee does this. To blame the actual QB's for allegedly not being tough in this situation is flat out stupid.

The Dolphins' Defense scored a TD, intercepted a bad TD pass, and even contributed 35 yds and 3 First Downs in penalties to the Ravens' 99-yd TD drive.
The thumbnail is the highlight of the season for me. He looked like a over powered receiver on madden all skills set at 99 LOL!!! Loved it 100%

they were engineered to lose from the start. they were cycling in rookies and putting their best play makers in bad schemes. the refs were the nail in the coffin but i think the way they do it puts pressure on them to get better the right way.

As a Dolphins fan this was a much needed win. It's been a rough year for us fans. We may not make the playoffs but this game is the reason we love are Fins. When they play hard and play with some heart. What I saw out there on Thursday was a team playing with in the words of Friday Night lights "Clear eyes full hearts can't lose".

Ravens pretty much had to play 5 quarters a few days prior, and had to go on the road for a humid Thursday night game.
Knew it right away after the Vikings win the Ravens were gonna be exhausted heading into this one!

Yes but Miami didn't control the refs. I'm happy Miami won usually it's an absolute butchering by the Ravens and with our backup QB starting I was expecting the worst. Defense has been finally playing over the last 3 weeks after basically giving up the season.

Good blocking helped a bit.
It was good blocking and then when he cut in (cause he knew if he kept on running the edge he would have been pushed out) the offender hesitated and therefore causing him to increase his speed.

@@fooltool an offensive lineman cant be the 1st player to touch the pass, it's illegal touching. Had it been deflected 1st then it would have counted.
@@fooltool Only certain players are eligible to receive a pass; oftentimes, yes, it's the positions you listed but it *can* be an offensive lineman but he has to report eligible prior to the play. And that then effects how the team has to line up at the line of scrimmage, in order for the formation to be legal.

For the record a lot more has to change for the Fins to be competitive again. Take solace in that. Our D isn't even very good, it just played good, possibly good play calling. The first roughing call was justified. The second wasn't, because there was no takedown, push, wrapping his arms around the QB and no aggressive action.
Then you get the flip side when Justin Fields gets slammed twice and no call against the Steelers. The officiating is horrible this year.

22-10 just doesn't do justice to how utterly dominant the Dolphins were.
Same blueprint we've seen time and time again, contain the run but don't overcommit to where you're leaving passing lanes wide. Just one or the other and you're getting burnt, like Colts stopping the run but leaving the middle open the entire second half, you need to do both.

@@nicholaskraus3498 Greg Roman is stunting Lamar Jackson’s development as a pocket passer like he did with Kaepernick in SF. Having an athletic QB is great but you need to rely on passing first as a QB and mobility second

Bro, the were stacking that line with eight guys and the Ravens had absolutely no answer. Bro they beat the snot out of that line, that's the type of defense fans want.
